Payment & Financing
When your pet needs emergency care, the last thing you should have to worry about is how to handle the bill. We know medical emergencies are overwhelming, which is why we’re committed to complete financial transparency and flexible payment solutions—helping you focus entirely on your pet's health and recovery.
How Payment Works
Payment is due at the time services are provided, and we accept all major credit and debit cards—including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover—alongside our flexible financing options.
An initial emergency exam fee applies upon arrival so our medical team can evaluate and stabilize your pet right away. Beyond that initial evaluation, you will always know what to expect. Our team will present a detailed treatment plan and itemized cost estimate, walk you through every option, answer your questions, and ensure you feel comfortable before moving forward with additional care.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you arrive, our team evaluates your pet and the most critical cases are seen first. Every visit includes an emergency exam, which has its own fee that you will be responsible for at the time of the visit. Beyond the exam, nothing happens without your approval: our team will review a treatment plan and estimate with you before any further care begins.
We can tell you about the emergency exam fee when you call, and we can explain how estimates work. We cannot quote treatment costs before a veterinarian has examined your pet, because the right plan depends on what the exam finds.
Yes. Most applications take a few minutes and return a decision quickly. Our front desk team can help you get started.
A deposit may be required if your pet needs to be hospitalized. We explain the deposit when we review the estimate with you, and we accept the same payment methods and financing options for a deposit that we accept for the final bill.
Tell us. We will walk through the estimate together, explain which parts of the plan are most time-sensitive, and go over the financing and insurance options on this page in person.
